How To Regularize My Period?

Helo Doc,Let me introduce myself, I am Ashwini Sriram working as Manager in a Construction company since 5 years. I am married since 3 years and now planning to have a baby.But I have 2 health problems 1. I am a PCOD case and have irregular menstrual cycles off late my periods have been regular and its been 45days that i got my periods.2. I have psoriasis since last 12 years and i have tried all kinds of treatment during this i was put on steroids which caused me to become obese and last 2 years back my skin problem was aggrevated and i was hospitalised and i was on cyclosporine tablets but now since 1 year the allergy has been under control and i have stopped taking medication for the same.Please guide me as how i can conceive and what medication should i take to get my monthly periods regular.
