How To Regularize Period If Forgot To Have Primolut - N?

hi i am having slide blefing from last 2days but befor 2days i had primolut-N 5mg 3 tablet than forgot to have the tablet now what should i do? My period cycle is irregular from the starting so plz help me.... My age is 22 years and my weight is 78 kg and hight is 5'3 inch plz help me....
