How To Regularize Period While Having Polycystic Ovaries?

Hello Doctor, I'm Narayana moorthy from India. My wife shanthi, she have polystic ovaries (irregular periods). She took treatment from a gynecologist here. She advised to take follic acid tablets and tablet for 3 days to have period. She took that tablet and had periods. Only if she take tablet then only periods happening. We need your advise. thanks
