Hi,

Avoid staying in sedentary mode. You should make movements, walk around, jog or jump. Take plenty of water, antacids are helpful. Take PPI's, Pantoprazole - 40, one SOS.

It effectively reduces acid reflux or gastritis. Avoid food that causes acid reflux or triggers gastric problems. You should avoid food to which you may be allergic, lactose intolerance, avoid smoking & artificial sweeteners.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
