How To Relieve Constant Discomfort Around Vagina After Anterior Levoplasty?

Not sure if this is what im suffering from,I had anterior levoplasty procedure 4/12/10 to do with prolapse of bowel surgery was sucessful, but have been left with constant discomfort around vaginal area to which my GP has been treating me with various creams externally and internally to no avail on my last visit she did mention dermatitis and am now trying another cream. Iam a 69yrs old a type 1 dibetic with good control, i wonder if you can advise me Thankyou Mrs Roberts
