How To Relieve Dupuytrens In Hands And Lumps In Arch Of Foot?

I have what appears to be dupuytrens in my hands about 2 years and now I have lumps on the arch of my foot. They came up suddenly yesterday. I have somehow hurt my foot and am taking the week off. I have had a steronclavicular reconstruction on my left side about 40 years ago. I am in excellent health. What can I do to relieve these conditions?

Hello,
Thanks for the query,
Dupuytrens contracture happens due to fibrosis in palmar fascia.
This can be relieved only with surgery.
The lumps on arch of foot might also be fibrous nodules.
Since you have fibrosing tendency.
A photograph would have helped me in giving a closer diagnosis.
Please meet a surgeon for exact diagnosis.
Let me know if you have any other doubt.
you can ask a direct question to me on this forum, following the below link.
