How To Relieve Headache And Feverish Feeling?

Good day doc, I have a serious flu over here,my head is aching and I'm having a feverish feeling. Have taken some drugs though, but not seeing much result, I need a quicker solution to this condition, right now my airways are blocked and I can't even smell anything. Thank you.

Thanks for your query at HCM!
I advise you can take anti-inflammatory & analgesics like paracetamol for fever.
You can take anti-allergic (Cetrizine) also.
Take good diet and multivitamins.
If fever persists for longer you can start a course of antibiotics from local doctor.
You can get your complete blood counts done and throat swab for culture & sensitivity.
