How To Relieve High Pressure In The Right Ear?

I have extremely high pressure in my right ear. i have seen my general doctor and he can't see any infection or fluid. It has lowered by hearing about 50% compared to my left ear. Is there anything a ENT can do for me to help relieve the pressure. I have seen on the internet "The Ear Popper which requires a precription. I am really desperate.

Hi, thanks for your query. In my opinion, you might be having eustachian tube dysfunction causing pressure in middle ear leading to fluid accumulation.
Emperical treatment aspect is to use a decongestant tablet, nasal drops for nose, valsalva exercises, steam inhalation.
If symptoms persists, then clinical evaluation is necessary with audiometry testing to know the hearing and middle ear status.
If there is fluid in middle ear or middle ear catarrh not responding for medicines, then you may need myringotomy and grommet insertion.
I advise you to consult with the doctor and get tested. Hope my answers have helped you. Thanks.
