How To Relieve Spondylitis During Pregnancy?

Hi I have spondylitis and I am 18 weeks pregnant my back has been hurting very bad for the past week today I tried to get up out of a chair and fell over as I lost all the feeling in my left leg it came back after 30 seconds followed by pins and needles

I completely understand how the pain and other symptoms can result in difficulties during pregnancy, but you also need to understand that this is going to get worse as the main strain you are facing to your back is due to the growing fetus and the increase in size of your breasts. I would recommend a visit to an orthopedician who would review and suggest the best possible management method.

While you are at the doctors, please also get you vitamin B12, vitamin D, serum calcium and blood glycemic profile checked. Hope this helps.
