How To Relieve Stomach Cramps In Person With Hypothyroidism And Blood Sugar?
I am 50 years old, 90kgs, 5ft 1 inch diagnosed with hypothyroidism and blood sugar. I feel lethargic the whole day and tend to fall asleep any time of the day and even at work and need to be woken up. I snore very loudly while asleep. The whole day I feel as if my throat is sore and I do have tonsils and bouts of coughing inthe night and early morning. I also get strong cramps in my stomach. Please advise.
