How To Relieve The Pain From Neck To Hand While Working?

Im working in shop.My work is mainly scaning all goods like beers [24]pack box,hav scan wine ,coke 6nottle at a time

etc.For your kind information thats I have to do very first & continue 4 to 5hr a day.

My proble careating in my left neck paining inside & the pain comming some times neck to hand.

So how can I relive from this pain.Please guide me .

hi,
prolonged posture and repeatedly turning your neck in the same direction could be causing you the pain and some times it radiates to the hand.
i would suggest you to give rest to your neck in between your work for a short interval by leaning back on a chair.
it will be better if you some stretching exercise very slowly but not by sudden jerky moments for not less then 5 min. before starting your work.
i would recommend to visit an orthopedic surgeon to rule out the possibilities damage to your cervical vertebrae and disc. most of the time X-ray will reveal the damage, if not he may suggest you MRI scan.
