How To Relieve Vaginal Burning With Redness And Irritation?

Hi, I have a problem with outside vaginal burning, it gets red and irritated. I have done swap test, etc and everything is negative. I don´t know what it could be. It is worst when I have my menstration and have to wash. I have used mild soaps and end up using us water to avoid irritation.

Can you help please.
