General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Management of hepatitis is a multidisciplinary action. Following are best measures to follow:
- Control of acute hepatitis with in hospital care via intravenous fluids, antibiotics, antacid, anti emetics, multi vitamins
- Oral formulations of liver protective care as Ayurvedic herbs, ursodeoxycholic acid for bile functioning, multi vitamins, anti oxidants
- Avoidance of noxious substances which can harm liver
- Rest
- Vaccination as per the consultant decision

Regular follow up with doc for HBsAg progress and disappearance.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
