How to remove Silverex cream stuck on burnt skin? My 5 year old son gets burn with water. dead skin has removed and applied silverex ointment. Now the silverex ointment is stuck to the wound and wont come out even after washing with water and putting oil. Please help What should i do as he is very small to bare the pain...plz tell me sum painless cream or spray which can b used.
