How To Remove A Fish Bone Stuck In The Throat?

I have a dim recollection of a fishbone stuck in my throat base. I feel sensation for months and sometimes little pain. I went an ENT specialist. She observed using a view pipe and couldn't see anything. Gave me a antiseptic drug and spray. After a couple of days I feel it still there lodged. My question is, would it disappear or dissolve by itself or is there a way of self cure ?
How much risky is it ?

hello, thanks for ur query, it seems that you might be having fish bone since months. - it's un likely that fish bone will remain silently with out causing abscess(pus). as already ur ent surgeon seen with endoscope, u can go for xray neck or ct neck with contrast can be done to rule out any abnormality other than fish bone.all the best. take care.
