hello doctor , my self Dileep , 24 age ,

i have a black mole on my face ,, it is birth mark . from past few days it is looking growing little bit ,, my friends are telling to show doctor, is there any creme to remove my mole .. please help me out .....

Thank you for writing to HCM

There is no cream for mole removal.
I would advice you to check the mole for any asymmetry, irregular borders, colour change, increase in diameter more than 0.5cm, evolution.
You can remove it by punch biopsy and should be sent for histopathological examination.
I would advice you to meet a dermatologist in person for punch biopsy.
