How To Remove Brown Stripes On My Finger And Toe Nails?

Is there something that I can do to remove the brown stripes in my finger and toe nails? I also hit my toe and the whole toe nail is real dark. It looks like it may come off. I also have a hurting in both hips and aching up and down my legs sometimes. My hip joint really hurt at night when I sleep on them. I keep a stiffness at the lower part of my back. Also dealing with hot flashes. Please tell me what you think. Thanks

brown strips on nails are perfectly normal things that do not require any treatment.you should be cautious if it is present in only one nail and involves nail bed and associated with cracks and fissure.
