sir. i am 15 year old and their is a very long burn mark on my right hand that is because of boild milk it is almost from 6 years plz tell me some sugestion for it..... it looks realy very ...... students laugh on me plz give me some sugestion.. hope u will reply soon... ....... Hi , the mark that you have seems to be a hypertrophic scar. That is a thickened scar. This will require a more detailed treatment for a long time. You have to use silicone gels thrice a day. You may also have to apply compression bandages. Then there are lasers for scar reduction. Finally the scar can be made to look less visible.
