How To Remove Dark Brown Patch Between Breast?

I have this huge patch between my breast and is like a dark brown color and I have it on my neck too I scrub really hard when showering but it just gets red and then when I change the patch is back and it looks exactly how it was before and now small little dots are going down to my belly button and my mom said she is going to take me to the dermatologist next week but I want to know if it s that big of a deal to go or she just has to buy something??

I really appreciate your concern, such lesion can be tried with "Beclomethasone and Miconazole cream" because this could be dermatitis may be fungal in origin some time this could be nonspecific hope this information helps, take care and have nice day.
