How To Remove Dark Circles On Upper Torso And Arms?
While stationed in Hawaii, I was told that the dark circles on my upper torso and upper arms was called t-shirt disease and was told to shower with dandruff shampoo. It worked well then. I wa in my late 30 s then. I was also told that I was allergic to the sun (I am black). The condition has come back again this summer and is resisting the dandruff shampoo treatment. What can I do?.
