Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

Ear infection are common with upper respiratory infection. Need to get your ear examined by a ENT specialist for any collection with in middle ear. Anti inflammatory medication containing serratiopeptidase is helpful in making collected fluid thin and helps in drainage. If collection not resolved may need to get grommet insertion done to drain contents.
Get examined for any enlarged adenoids, it could be a reason for persistent ear infection.
Enlarged tonsil needs to be examined. It could be due to chronic tonsillitis or any stone with in gland. If it persistent infection, then it needs to be surgically removed.

Hope this helps you.

Regards
