How To Remove Excessive Wax From Ear?

My ears frequently get clogged up. If I drive over a small hill, then they become very clogged. They also feel like somethings in there such as wax. However, when I clean them there s hardly ever any wax on the swab. Can u pleas tell me what this may be?

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The excessive wax in the ear can be removed by using Chlorobutanol & Paradichlorobenzene ear drops. Arachis oil present in these ear drops works by softening the ear wax and the paradichlorobenzene assists the removal of the wax. If you still find no relief from these, then consult an ENT surgeon and get it evaluated.
I hope I have answered your query, take care.
