How To Remove Foreign Object From Eyes?

I think I have a small piece of plastic in my eye and it seems to be lodged in my right upper eyelid. I've try to flush it out but, it's not budging. This has happened before and it took three days for it to finally leave my eye. Should I just keep flushing it like I did last time or should I see a Ophthalmologist.

As it is under stood it is lodged under the lid If the the lid is eversed any one can take it out by a sterile swab. Neosporine eye oint ment can be applied in eye the piece will slip out with ointment. If nothing works go to eye doctor.
