How To Remove Growing Small Thumbs On The Thumb Finger?

hi I have a strange problem I have two small thumbs growing on my thumb nail they have nails too,i once had it removed by a surgeon but they have regrown without a bone. they are about 3 mm in length they have stopped growing for more than a year
