How To Remove Highly Pigmented Thick Skin?

i have thick skin (a small bulge) which is highly pigmented.it was caused after me scratching it and in the process breaking it. its been there for more than 2 years and ive tried creams with salicylic acid and mometesone furoate.what should i do? i need to remove it badly.

if it is bothering you that much, you can get it excised by any plastic surgeon in your area.
mark after excision will depend on the area of ur body involved, the amount of tissue excised and also the skill of the surgeon :)
