How To Remove Itching Cracks On Foreskin Near Tip Of Penis?

My foreskin near tip of penis has some cracks like impression with itching sense while pulling back of foreskin there is burning sensation and the cracks are became widened. I am cleaning reguraly with normal water ,applying Boroline so that skin become soft atleast but it is not healing prmanently. Kindly suggest the suitable cream and tablets . My age is 49 . In short: Dryness can cause this

Explanation: Usually balanoposthitis(infection of foreskin and glans) can cause inflammation and scarring of foreskin which contracts afte some time causing cracks when tried to retract. SO, please visit a doctor for ruling out infection. For time being you can apply oint soframycin locally for relief. Hope this helps you. Please let me know.
