How To Remove Ovarian Cyst?

Hi um 25yr old. I have 31mm follicular cyst frm last 2yr. i m taking glocophage from last month But trying to get rid off from months. I have normal cycle no pcos syptums my all reports r normal (LH,FSH, THY, progestron,egestron, hystero). I want to concive.please suggest me should i go for laproscopy or medication.

Hi,

31 mm cyst which does not give any symptoms and ovulation is normal does not need treatment. It won't interfere with pregnancy. Please get your ovulation study done. If ovulation is disturbed, hormonal therapy for 12 weeks can be given with observation of cyst size. It would relieve the cyst and improve ovulation to help conception. Please be under the care of a gynecologist.
