How To Remove Painful Big Pimple On Chin?

Hi I have a big pimple on my chin. The one that hurts. It's just really red and has been the same for two days now. I got it right before my period (which usually happens). What should I do so that it vanishes? or at least reduces considerably in size? Thanks!

Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

Many females develop, acne around about the time of there menses.

For just a single or few lesions, I would suggest that you use a topical benzoyl peoxide gel 2.5%, twice daily for a few days. However if there are lot many lesions then I would have preferred to start you on oral antibiotics e.g azithromycin or doxycycline.
