How To Remove Pimples And Dark Spots On Face, Back And Shoulder?

Hi doctor, I am a 25 year old girl,not married,but getting married after 6 months.Doctor i am suffering from pimples and dark spots from last 2 years in my shoulder,chest,back and face.Doctor could you please suggest some remedies to get rid of thèse problèm,appreciate your valuable help..thanking you..

Hello,
Thanks for the query,

Pimples occur due to clogged pores of sebaceous glands having dead skin and bacteria entrapped inside . People with oily skin are prone to occurrence of pimple .

Wash your skin with soap or lgel containing benzoyl peroxide .

Apply azelaic acid cream twice a day ,which is very effective natural extract for acne .

Exfoliate your skin once a week .

Use only non comedogenic skin products .

Eat green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits .

If condition doesn't get resolve in two weeks the consult dermatologist.

Doctor may prescribe Topical and oral antibiotics, such as clindamycin, doxycycline.

He/she may also prescribe oral retenoids .
