How To Remove Pimples On Cheek?
Hii doctor , I am 23 years old. My skin was so good before. But now it is all damaged. More nd more pimples are there on cheak part only ,it s very reddish when it s coming nd than become black and looks very bad nd aged. I am having control on my daily routine food ,less oil ,take spinach,yogurt,daily 1egg,plan roti nd any green vegi. Kindly suggest any gud cream .

Hi!! You should use a salicylic acid containing facewash twice daily and apply benzoyl peroxide gel on the pimples twice daily. Also keep your face as dry as possible, avoid applying any cream or moisturizer, avoid oiling of scalp and reduce the intake of sugary foods.This will definitely help you if your acne is mild , otherwise you will have to take oral medicines also.
