How To Remove Pimples With Red Circles After Applying Crest 3D White Toothpaste?

i applied Crest 3D White Toothpaste To 2 Pimples On My Face And Put A Bandaide On It. I Left Them Overnight And When I Woke Up They Were Red Circles With Whitish/Yellowish Looking Insides. It Kinda Looks Infected. How Do I Get These To Go Away Quickly?

This is not correct treatment to get rid of pimple. I am sorry about your problem. Because of trauma and chemical reaction, skin would have got inflamed. You need rest and shoul not irritate skin by frequently touching it.
If on physical exam it seems infected, then you need a course of antibiotics or an antibiotic cream.
