How To Remove Popcorn Husk Caught Between Nasal Passage And Soft Palate?

I have what I think is a popcorn husk caught between my nasal passage and my soft palate. It is painful to swallow and a little to talk. I feel if I can sniff it through it would pass and I could swallow but it doesn t and it s quite painful. I tried inhaling water through my nose but this didn t work either.

This is a very typical situation where you get a FB meaning foreign body sensation in the naso-pharynx area.
I would advise you the following in such a case:
First of all, stop doing anything as your try is going to cause more trauma.
Secondly, consult an ENT Surgeon to get the Endoscopy done.
This will help to get the most proper diagnosis whether there is a foreign body or a focus of infection or so.
A proper diagnosis can alone help you to get an appropriate treatment. If FB is present, it will be removed. If no FB proper antibiotic and anti-inflammatory treatment will be started for you to get proper treatment.
