Hi I tried the Nair hair removal product and when I took of the product it left red little bumps and irritates me very much on my arm . I put Vaseline on the irritated area and I the area doesn t feel irritated or itchy . P.s I used the Nair hair removal products more than once , and this had never happened to me before .but my question really is should I go to the doctors or should I keep on applying Vaseline for a day or two to see if the bumps go away ? Hi.
As per your case history of red bumps my treatment advice is -
1. It is irritant reaction due to hair removal cream. It may occur sometime due to method of use.
2. It is better to not use it again in future. Instead use a good trimmer.
3. Instead of Vaseline, apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
Lesions will completely subside in 6-7 days.

Thanks.
