How To Remove Remaining Foam Bandage That Is Stuck To A Cut?

Looking for advice on how to remove remaining foam bandage that is stuck to a cut that was repaired with stitches. Most of the foam came off but some will not come off and don t want to hurt trying to get it the rest of the way removed. has been on for 24 hours.

Hi.
As per your query of removal of foam bandage, my advice is -
1. Don't remove it with pressure, as it may worsen the condition.
2. Use a normal saline soaked gauze piece to loosen the bandage.
3. Then slowly remove bandage with soft hands and apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
