How To Remove Retained Products Of Conception After D&C?

Hello doctor..i m 28 year married women..i had miscarage of 2 n half month pregnancy last week..bled heavly at the tym of miscarage ..den my doc not done d&c at that time. yesterday i go for scan ..in scan their was retained product present in my uterus...m very scared to go for d&c ..plzz give me any alternative of d&c or any medicine to remove retained products from uterus at home..plz help me...

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the residual part of pregnancy detected in uterine cavity after the miscarriage then D&E would be very necessary else this would cause emergency later or sooner even may cause blood lost, even it may cause infection too, so better get done the D&E, hope this information may helps you, take care and have a nice day.
