How To Remove Scar Under The Lips,caused By Pimples?

Hello doctor, I get scar below my lips that caused after pimples, It looks like stich marks. I concernd with doctors of RML, INMAS but no avail. Even I applied lemon and tomato regularly but there is no effect. Kindly give me the solution that shoul be feasible and reasonable as I am a student I cant afford plastic or laser surgery.
