How To Remove Scars From Breast?

i dont know about masturbation.i have been removing sperms without removing the foreskin(from age 14) or by just moving my penis inside the skin.after that i have got two scars on my breast. i am a male.the doc said that its due to calcium but it didnt went i.e the scar. i didnt tell the doc that i was removing sperms like that.have i contracted any disease...???? and if not .. how to remove those scars....
