How To Remove Small Knot From Leg?

I have a bump or a small size knot on the my right leg under the skin. It doesnt hurt but it is worrying me. I am on my feet all day and got the shapeup shoes to wear. After a week ive noticed this. I have tried more vitamins more water and ice and heating pads. What else can I do?
