How To Remove Small Lump At The Entrance Of Vagina?

hi i have a small gritty lump at then entrance to my vagina. I had it checked at the std clinic and the doctor said it was fine, nothing to worry about. it has got a bit gritier, i don;t know if i sshould go back to the clinic or would i be wasting their time?

You need to revisit to Gyneac doctor ,who would treat it by -
Surgical Excision if need be or / by few medicines like antibiotics / or anti-inflammatory tablets.
