How To Remove Sore Bump On Knee?

i fell on my knee a while a go.. and i have a bump which i though i was muscle.. but is not when i feel it is sore and i t hurts a lot.. i work standing most of the time i never had it checked im afraid of surgery but i can bike heels... or walk on high heels
