Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello,

From the available description it appears to me that there is infection followed by inflammation. Application of neosprin can help in eliminating the infection but it is important to have proper ventilation to the affected area.

In case it still remains on same intensity after passage of 48 hours it is advisable to visit a doctor.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashok Kumar,
Psychiatrist
