How To Remove The Nodules On The Vocal Cords?

What is the best solution for removing nodules on the vocal cords? A Dr. has tried a scope but it was not flexible and could not be put down my throat. Is it possible to remove them with a flexible scope or would removal by laser be a better option? Because of bone growths on the inner side of my gums they have a difficult time intubating me and hence the difficulty putting a fixed scope down my throat. These nodules have caused much hoarseness and they interfere with speaking and singing. Are there perhaps options for shrinking such nodules without surgery?

Thanks for your information and question.

In fact this is one of the most difficult situation and in fact challenging.
Since it is difficult to intubate and use the rigid scope, it is better to give a trial of medicines as discussed below in consultation of your ENT Surgeon and may help you if it is a small vocal nodule.

This is as :
Strict voice rest
Oral steroids
Anti-inflammatory medicines

See the results in 3 weeks, small nodule get healed and vocal cords may get normal .

Removal of vocal cords is not possible by by flexible scopes.
so better to wait and watch.
