How To Remove Thick Mucus From The Throat When Both Anti-histamine And Augumentin Are Not Helping?
hello doctor good morning
i have a problem in m throat, there is thick mucus that is constantly there in my throat i have tried ant-histamine and augumentin but have no relief..it just there no pain no nothing just there. sometime when eat of drink something the secretion increases. what should i do it about three months now.

hello. anti histaminics will not help remove the mucus in your throat and you should avoid them, instead you can gargle with warm salt water and use some mucolytics like acetyl cysteine for clearing it up. please meet your ENT doctor, he will be able to help you. thanks
