How To Remove Wax From Ears?

i m suffering from one side ear pain,I consulted to Doctor and he said ear has lot of wax and it is hampered so he has sugessted eardrop Soliwax and Tablet Hijeuak.I am taking this tablet and drop from last 4days but not of use.My ear is still paining badly and i am not able to hear anything.Please help
