How To Remove White Head Filled With Pus On Buttock?

Hi so a couple days ago I saw a white head on my left buttock. I was able to pop it no problem like I normally would with a whitehead. Yesterday it was a little swollen like my pimples usually are. I had my boyfriend put on a pair of gloves and squeeze the pus out for me until there was no more. It s occasionally sore here and there but just a little pus remains. What should I do?
