General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms seem to be related to rheumatoid arthritis. I suggest you to do a complete blood count and a rheumatoid factor level to confirm the diagnosis. Meanwhile, you can use anti inflammatory medications such as Naproxen three times a day.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
