How To Safely Clear Debris At Back Of Tongue?

I went to the ent doctor today because it felt like something was stuck under the back of my tongue and it was causing a bad taste. The ent doctor put some sort of tube in my nose and directed it to my throat and saw the debris under the back of my tongue. I am curious to know how would that debris be removed if medication can not remedy it.

hello, thanks for your query, in my opinion it's not debris , but infection , where stagnation of mucus due to cough or sinusitis or Gastri reflux. it's not necessary to remove that debris.visit an ent surgeon to take antibiotic course with gastric reflux and mucolytic course to clear that debris. mean time steam inhalation and salt water gargling will help. hope I have answered your query. all the best. take care.
