How To Safely Lower Vitamin B12 Levels?

Hello my name is Cindy. I recently received my blood work. It showed 19.4 ng/mL and my Vitamin B12 level is 1540 pg/mL. I am trying to find information on how to safely lower these levels. Can you pleas advise. I stopped taking my B12 supplement. I do not drink alcohol. I was hit by a car 4 years ago and have muscle and nerve damage.

Hi dont worry you have no need to reduce vit b12 level. Vit b12 has very wide nofmal range and your level is not at all causing any problems. So just be relaxed.forget about that. If you havd any other problems then consult for that. Otherwise it's fine.
Thanks for using health care magic.
