How To Shrink Thyroid Nodules Without Having Surgery?

Hi, I have seen an endo for my thyroid nodules getting too large and it s difficult to swallow and I feel horrible. She will never ask how I feel other wise ( symptoms) and only want to take out my thyroid. And will never give me options on how to feel better? I am getting a second opinion however..... I just want to know if it is possible to shrink the nodules without having surgery?

It is the truth that when it is hampering your swallowing it is necessary to remove thyroid and supplement thyroid by medicine. I can understand your fear of having surgery but when you don't have option, you need to prepare yourself.
