How To Speed Up Healing Process And Exhausted Feeling After Diagnosed With Labyrinthitis?

Hi, I was diagnosed with Labyrinthitis about three weeks ago and have been pretty much bedridden since then. I am 32, female..any suggestions on how to speed up the healing process and help with the exhausted feeling? I am due to return to work in two days...Thanks

Hi,
The sick and debilitated feeling due to labyrinthitis is mostly due to the disease itself and also due to the drugs given to sedate the hyperactive labyrinth.
There are mainly three things that could help
1. Labyrinthine sedatives
2. Bed rest and hydration
3. Adequate time...that means you must give the time for your brain and labyrinth to get adjusted. Don't rush and don't be depressed. You need rest and other's help at present and don't be harsh on yourself for that.
